Dr. Hawes, a board-certified physician, is in new to Affinity Health Group and has practiced medicine for over 13 years. Dr. Hawes is available to provide outpatient care for family members ages 2 and above. His services include management of chronic diseases, routine gynecology, acute illness care, complete physical exams and wellness education.
